Your Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic / Tactical – Thailand:

  • Manage, plan and achieve of logistics budgets and targets.
  • Develop warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process workflow, product flow, productivity and space requirements, equipment layout, etc. for existing operations and for recommending and implementing such changes in RFQ evaluation process. 
  • Drive cost & performance improvement initiatives in areas of warehouse throughput time, warehouse quality, complaints handling and cycle count/inventory accuracy with close collaboration with internal departments and 3rd party warehouse provider.
  • Drive high performance of logistics services and other related improvement projects through monthly & quarterly reviews with 3PLs.
  • Regularly follow up and provide reports on major logistics KPIs (such as Logistics costs, Logistics Quality, Customer complaints (Cases), Delivery & Logistics Reliability, Inventory Accuracy). In case KPIs are not on track, initiate and follow up on countermeasures to ensure target achievement. 

2.Operational – Thailand:

  • Ensure incoming shipments (from group and 3rd party suppliers) and outgoing shipments (from warehouse to customers and distributors) respectively are coordinated, received and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs & Freezone regulation is adhered to in all areas of outsourced warehouse & transport & customs brokerage operations to meet agreed KPI/SLA agreement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse on daily cycle count articles to be counted, reconcile count results and update adjustments if any in system both of FG, kit component and kit set
  • Ensure all internal transfers, inventory adjustments are accurately posted and coordinated with warehouse for subsequent handling in WMS VLS Kitting operation
  • Update all (vendor/customer) complaints in Q module for cases KPI tracking, coordinate and follow up on reported complaints, initiate appropriate counter measures where necessary with internal stakeholders and warehouse provider. 
  • Verify warehouse invoices, freight invoices and consumable purchases for efficient and transparent overhead cost allocation.
  • 3rd party suppliers for warehouse consumables are evaluated and selected with alignment to defined procedures, internal signature and compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure stock scrapping procedure is aligned with documented process flow and signature guidelines before initiating necessary system posting/adjustment.
  • Evaluate, select and nominate scrap vendor with alignment to defined procedures and signature guidelines.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all topics related to warehouse operations, warehouse quality, transport management and communication with AP Hub/HQ logistics.
  • Ensure all operation & process of warehousing comply to Freezone regulation and company requirement. 

3.Projects Thailand /SEA:

  • Support international Logistics projects within Thailand/SEA region as assigned, to drive operational process improvements, especially in relation to automation, ERP/S4 Hana readiness & cross-country Logistics standardization projects.
  • Project assignment upon managment or conpany requirement. 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field - e.g., logistics and transport management, supply chain management.
  • SAP knowledge in Relevant working experience in order management i.e., handling of transactional postings for GR (goods receipt) and creating of billing documents in SAP MM module and return process. 
  • Experience in engaging, managing and leading 3rd party operated warehouse operations, Freezone regulation.
  • Good knowlege Microsoft office – Excel.
  • Familiar with basic logistics terms (incoterms, freight modes, inventory). 
  • Working experience in Freezone warehouse 3PLs industry is an advantage with good skill in 3PLs managment.
  • Ability to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with personnel from all levels.
  • Good speaking and written in English.
  • Organised, detail-oriented with data record, documentation task filing, customer service presence.
  • Network Modelling software / project experience an advantage Works well in teams and individually in accomplishing goals.
