Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training programs and workshops for technical service and sales staff. Train customers and sales partners.
- Plan, prepare and conduct standardized and customized technical training, on request or on a regular base.
- Contribute to development of technical training programs based on the feedback of participants.
- Join technical service staff in providing technical assistance to customers to gain first-hand insights.
- Analyze customer complaints to understand link to training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained in Business Administration, Technical
- 3 to 5 years
