Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct techno-commercial training to internal team and customers

Develop training aids (soft & physical) to make the trainings more effective as per customer expectations and requirement.

Support in warranty analysis for critical product quality issues.

Assessment/evaluation of internal sales team for their product technical know-how.

Support to vehicle level validation for new product development.

Provide support for technical marketing (brochure, leaflets, service info, etc.).

Support parts cataloguing.
-
Update himself for new product, technology, special tools, etc
Your Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree of Engineering or technical background.
-
Knowledge of spare parts in Automotive business.

Familiar with the Automotive Aftermarket.

Good communication skills.
-
Proficient in English & local market language (Thai)

Strong technical knowledge.

Techno-commercial mindset.

Willing to travel across defined region.
