TL EHS and Sustainability

Your Key Responsibilities

•  Support to planning and establishing, implementing and maintaining a variety of environmental, health and safety programs to ensure the highest level of health and safety for all employees.
• Implementng and Monitoring environmental, health and safety regulations and providing technical support to area manager to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Support and conducting appropriate tools, train and support local EHS improvement methodologies.
• Support and implementating of ESH program by communicating requirements, supporting mangement walkthroughs, disseminating guidance documents and assisting staffs.
• Leading internal and external EHS audits, by proactively solution to avoid any non compliances.
• Conducting and leading team in root cause analysis for incidents, accidents and near misses and provide corrective actions and lessons learned at the site and corporate level.
• Carrying out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement.
• Conducting and supporting all EHS competences and knowledge are provided adequately and properly and communicating on electronic and written media for the EHS area.
• Support to developing, implementing and managing of the EHS managemnet system of the Schaeffler Group to obtain certifications i.e. EMAS, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001(ISO 45001) at the site of Thailand.
• Implementing and developing standards in the EHS area of the site of Thailand. Reporting and communicating on electronic and written media for EHS area.
• To ensure all workplace, facilities are organized, standardized as well as aligned with security systems.
• Provides addional layer of ESH oversight by monitoring field activities on a regular basis and providing feedback the supervisor/ line manager.
• Implementing and maintaining records in EHS and ensure that all meet with regulatory and compliances.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor safety qualifications and related document.
• Lead health crisis management and support the company Business Continency Plan.
• Lead and management Thailand sustainability and support CSR activities project. 

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree on occupational health and safety or related with professional licence
• Min. 5 years relevant, professional experience, with focus on environmental, health and safety.
• Leading the team and driving to achieved the target of ths position.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction. 
• Good communication in English and Thai (speaking, writting), interpersonal skills.
