Your Key Responsibilities

  • Submission of accurate quotation to customer timely including cross referencing and material status check.
  • Ensure accurate pricing in customer's Purchase Order is as per quoted before processing.
  • Ensure customer's Order Confirmation tallies with the Purchase Order.
  • Maintain and update customer backorder list.
  • Upon customer confirmation, issue Delivery Note to warehouse and follow up on timely packing list completion from warehouse.
  • Order book management.
  • Generate invoice and prepare release memo for goods collection by customer.
  • Monitor on customer overdue payment and follow up with customer for payment to reduce DSO.
  • Proactively align and agree with customer on regular shipment schedule to improve Delivery Reliability KPI.
  • Execute purchasing functions from PR/PO creation and order confirmation to monitoring of stock available to deliver at supplier side
  • Handle internal product development system creation (RFQ/ IOP/ RFMM).

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management or Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service role handling international business.
  • Independent, meticulous and team player.
  • Good command of English
  • SAP R/3 modules SD.
