Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute recruitment activities and support management or Recruiting Professionals.
- Support Managers to define candidate requirements, identify sources and implement recruitment plan.
- Attract potential employees and contribute to screening interviews, obtain and file references.
- Administer appropriate standardized tests to recruit and prepare documentation appropriate to the recruitment process and engagement of new employees.
- Asssist with the coordination with external recruitment agencies and job boards to source candidates.(NEW)
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and generate related reports.
Your Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences
- 1 to 3 years
OR
- Vocationally trained in Administration, HR Competencies
- 1 to 3 years
