Your Key Responsibilities
- Resolution of incidents from Purchasing Processes and Systems (e.g. Procurement
- Process, Sourcing Process, Supplier Management Process, SAP, SRM, BW, Supply On...)
- Specialisation in topics related to system and processes. He/she is the contact person for topics related to the Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management and Governance Process
- Sourcing Process Expert: RFQ Process Production- & Non Production Material, Negotiation of Contracts and Conditions with Suppliers, Price and Condition Maintenance in Purchasing, Supply On Onboarding, Squando ..
- Supplier Management Process Expert
- Administrative Supplier Lifecycle Process from selection to phase out
- Governance Process:
- Roles & Rights Assignment, Development of the Purchasing Academy, Organisation of Trainings ...
- Support the regional/subregional Purchasing Organisation by coordinating or leading special projects (PMO)
- Consult AP/Subregional/Country Purchasing Management on process and system matters and
changes/updates
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Economics/Business Administration or Finance/Controlling or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus.
- Min 3 years’ work experience in Purchasing or IT department with Focus Procurement department
- Experience in SAP
- Experience within a network organization
- Fluent in English
- High proficiency in verbally and written Communicating skills on an international basis
- High ability and willingness to approach other persons and cultures in an unbiased and open manner and
- to work with their opinions and expectations.
