Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop the programs, plans and measures to drive business performance at all stages of the product life cycle, for products or product line assigned.
- Monitor product portfolio of managed product lines, initiate and coordinate developments, launches, re-launches, etc..
- Coordinate external benchmarking and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
- Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
- Visit customers (if required) and contribute to respective offerings on a regular base to ensure product lines and products meet customer needs.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree level or technical background.
-3-5 years relevant experience in Automotive Aftermarket, product development, project management or R&D , Prefor for Battery Manufacturer.
- Experience in similar role appreciated
- Any SEA language and/or German language appreciated
- Very good written and verbal skills in English
- Strong technical product knowledge (production processes, materials, design, testing, supplier management). Technically and economically minded. Knowledge in Schaeffler Products and production processes.
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Highly motivated, engaged and creative
