Your Key Responsibilities
- Develops the programs, plans and measures to drive business performance at all stages of the product life cycle, for products or product line assigned.
- Monitor product portfolio of managed product lines, initiate and coordinate developments, launches, re-launches, etc..
- Maintain a strong cooperation with the R+D department to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer expectations.
- Visit customers (if required) and contribute to respective offerings on a regular base to ensure product lines and products meet customer needs.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree level or technical background.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in Automotive Aftermarket, product development, project management or R&D
- Familiar with Automotive Aftermarket
- Very good written and verbal skills in English
- Strong technical product knowledge (production processes, materials, design, testing, supplier management). Technically and economically minded. Knowledge in Schaeffler Products and production processes.
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Good team worker
- Readiness for intensive travel in the region
- Goal oriented
- Highly motivated, engaged and creative
- Supplier network will be an advantage.
- Battery product development, sales, business development are advantages.
