Your Key Responsibilities
- AP Pricing
- Setup regional pricing processes and goverence
- Create price lists for AP Sales areas and reference price list AP
- Participation in Global Price harmonization project
- Ensure Regional and Global Price harmonization is implementation
- Price monitoring and exception approvals
- Setup and maintain price for new products for AP region
- Pricing and Sales/Margin analysis (Loss Maker analysis) and implement joint actions with PGM and Sales to improve Margin.
- Keep track and reports competitor pricing activities to Central Pricing (including external benchmarks)
- Coordinate and mitigate cross border activities within AP abd other Regions with HQ
- AP Sales Reporting
- To guide and provide directions to all sub-regional sales planners on sales reports (Forcast, Budget and other sales related reports)
- Main contact with Sales controling HQ for BPC input
- Prepare reports and identify discrepancies between system and reports
- To implement sales report dashboard for management meetings
- Sales Excellence
- Implementation of Sales tools to support sales activities
- Main contact with Sales Excellence team in HQ on special projects
- Manage and support the activities in prepararion of S4/Hana , Salesforce.com and other projects
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales Analysis & Pricing
- 5-10 years in Leadership role
- English, fluently spoken and written.
- SAP
- Proven experience in robust and in-depth data analysis and pricing to extract strategic/tactical insights/pattern and make preliminary recommendation
- Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Advanced excel) skill
