Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and business development teams and manage strategies and respective initiatives/ projects.
- Lead the strategy and business development teams to create and execute strategic initiatives and projects.
- Develop and implement new business development strategies to drive growth in markets, products, and opportunities.
- Consolidate input from external market intelligence and internal initiatives to shape concrete business development programs.
- Ensure integration of business development programs with business unit plans and align efforts across departments.
- Oversee project management of business development programs, monitoring their effectiveness and realigning strategies when necessary.
- Conduct market research and portfolio development activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and success of strategic objectives.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, General Law
- 10 to 15 years
