Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervises a team of sales service Coordinators for effective delivery of service to all levels of sales organization and customers.
- Ensure processing of incoming customer complaints.
- Ensure routing of complaints to the respective stakeholders.
- Ensure to keep the customer up-to-date regarding processing status.
- Suggest alternative products and services.
- Serve as an expert in handling complex queries.
- Full administrative support to Sales department.
- Attend and respond to customer needs or enquiry in a professional manner.
- Submission of accurate quotation to customer timely including cross referencing and material status check.
- Ensure accurate pricing in customer's Purchase Order is as per quoted before processing.
- Ensure customer's Order Confirmation tallies with the Purchase Order.
- Maintain and update customer backorder list.
Your Qualifications

Critical Competencies:
• Degree in Business Administration, Logistic or Engineering
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service role handling international business.
• Independent, meticulous and team player.
• English, fluently spoken and written.
• SAP R/3 modules SD
• Basic knowledge for Automotive parts
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
