Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure all facilities system and auxiliary equipment in the Plant in good condition and always available for using.
- Take care of the maintenance costs.
- Responsible for all energy topics in the plant
- Responsible for Energy Consumption of the plant
- Responsible for facilities system and auxiliary equipment in the plant.
- Provide support for Maintenance Technician with complicated repair.
- Coordinate and provide information for Stock Administration Staff to ensure availability of spare parts (Electrical and mechanical) of machinery and auxiliary equipment and operating supplies with the lowest cost of inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Responsible for Doors, Windows, Lock-system, Barrier, Sprinkler, Sanitary, Compressed air, Chiller, Cooling system, Air system, Fire Protection system, CCTV system, Lighting system, Vacuum Filtration Cooling Temperature M/C and Electrical system.
- Responsible for control the Suppliers for schedule maintenance and legal investigation/inspection for Electrical system, Building and facility machines and supplies
- Responsible for take care about construction.
- Responsible for Housekeepers (cleaning company).
- Responsible for gardener.
- Responsible for disposal of sewage from facility machine.
Your Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in facility and energy minimum 1 years.
- Professional competencies, education & experience:
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Technician.
- Experiences in Technical drawings reading.
- Experiences in measuring device
- Good knowledge at facilities system (Compressor air, Coolant system and Chiller).
