Your Key Responsibilities
- Tool design for support all product in plant:
- Create new 2D&3D of tool drawing in Creo program, ensuring that of the model/drawing is updated to SAP system according tool design guidelines.
- Change/modify version 2D&3D of tool drawings in Creo program, ensuring that the current version of the model/ drawing is always updated to the system according tool design guidelines.
- Tool trial in production line:
- Analysis and corrective action on tool failure during tool trial and production.
- Ensure that the newly designed tools are functional and that any problems with the tools during trial or te sting are modified and problem solving.
- Support SMT projects team for tool design of new model in SMT.
- Tool cost saving activities of Tool design.
- Keep all working areas according 5S.
Gerneral tasks :
• Keep equipment and envuronment in good condition.
• Follow Safety Procedure / requirement.
• Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.
• Support and take initiatives on SPS/LEAN.
• Support and take initiatives on Safety & Security, Health, Environment.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, tool design or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of English in oral and written.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in tool related field, tool design, tool shop or similar.
- Professional experience in an Automotive compony / supplier would be an asset.
- Experienced in 3D CAD, perferably in Creo/Pro-Engineer.
- SAP experience would be an asset.
- Experience in lean production would be an asset.
