Your Key Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Manage and support the Supply Network Industrial operations across the Asia-Pacific region in alignment with regional and local market requirements. Responsible for effective supply network planning, material scheduling, and coordination during relocations and product lifecycle changes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regional supply network planning using SAP APO SNP to ensure timely replenishment and inventory alignment across Regional Levelling Points (RLP), Distribution Centres (DC), and Satellite Distribution Centres (SDC).

Monitor and manage Frozen Zones between market demand and production, implementing countermeasures for deviations.

Align product segments and material groups with demand forecasts and confirmed orders, ensuring communication is accurately recorded in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Provide second-level support for material scheduling, resolving capacity deviations through alternative solutions such as packaging, transport adjustments, and emergency procurement.

Plan, coordinate and execute necessary changes during relocations and phase-in/phase-out.

Participate in projects related to continuous improvement and quality management, focusing on demand management initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in supply chain management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Comprehensive Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD, MM and PP Module, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a customer service or MRP position of an international organization including leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Schaeffler Group's market and product knowledge
- Comprehensive Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD, MM and PP Module, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure and ability to manage conflicts
