Your Key Responsibilities

1. To support establishment of Order Processing function together with SEA Order Processing team
- Establishment of Order Processing departments in SEA Region sales areas based on customer requirements and required languages
- To support implementation and roll-out Salesforce Service Cloud for inquiry management in SEA in Asia Pacific
2. Order Entry
- Responsible for firm business: Ensure that global order booking rules are implemented
- Check against contract (consistency check)
- If applicable, check order confirmation pre-requisites (e.g.letter of credit, financing, export control) and check against order book
- Create order
- Initial alignment on quantities with customer for quantity contracts
- Trigger capacity check: handover to Demand Processing in case of deviations
- Create and send order confirmation
- Upload of delivery information to customer portals, if applicable
3. Perform internal and external order change management
- Handling of customer requests in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ensure that each inquiry is recorded in a ticket in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Demand and Capacity alignment with end-customer
- Change orders and update quantity contracts
- EDI error processing of external sales orders
- Proactive Handling of order changes caused by Schaeffler (AB-Monitor)
- Coordination of phase-in / phase-out with the customer
- Handling of customer request for product certificates
4. Logistics and invoicing
- Creation of delivery notes according to customer’s monthly capability (for Distribution)
- Execution of credit management
- If applicable, request / cross check all necessary shipment documents and conditions
- Handling of delivery exceptions (special transport)
- Delivery coordination with customer and forwarders
- Request for proof of delivery
- Follow up on shipment documents and save in SAP
5.Customer specific (Logistics) Requirements
- Establish regional responsibility for evaluation and documentation of customer specific logistics requirements
- Coordinate logistics requirements with all affected departments (Region / HQ / Corporate) in case of new requirements and request for changes
- Monitor implementation and alignment with end-customers
- Definition of counter measures in case of deviations
6.Project Management
- Implementation of projects in the context of continuous improvement process and quality management
- Support (sub-)projects with focus on Demand Management
- Alignment with process owner regarding extensive process changes or requirements (Δ-Analyses)
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years' proven experience in a customer service or Scheduler.
- Customer Centricity.
- Goal focus.
- Coordination skills.
- Maturity to communicate & negotiate with customers, subcontractors as well as with internal partners.
- Middle class English writing / speaking skill.
- Preciseness and carefulness in terms of data handling.
- Cost consciousness.
- Good command in English.
