Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigned Controlling processes within VLS Asia / Pacific & Global platform business division
- Function Cost, Working Capital and Investment control and Division Profit & Loss and SVA / FCFF
- Coordination, preparation and implementation of budget planning and forecasting processes and corresponding quality assurance
- Initiate and support development of action plans, monitor their implementation and support business partner, peers and sub-ordinates
- Product-/Project Profitability Analysis (PPA), investment approval process and support for development of mid-term Asia Pacific After market footprint
- Sales analysis to ensure profitable growth in Automotive Aftermarket
- Project support (e.g. PART4U / Logistic center for SMT / Tensioner production line for SMT etc)
- Contact point for Corporate and Divisional Controlling on all reporting, planning and review meeting requirements
- Sales analysis to ensure profitable growth
- Overhead controlling and others
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in economics or business administration or any comparable degree in any other related Finance field
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in IT systems (Microsoft Office, SAP EP1, Business warehouse, FACTS)
- Thinking outside of box, challenging status quo and understand importance of change management within Plant, Legal Entity and Sub-region
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Min. 3 years professional experience in Finance area, including experience in Controlling
- Experience in a supervisory position and / or project management environment preferred
