Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop a roadmap strategy to support SEA, with a focus on development of new business sectors, and implementation of processes and products.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis in the defined sectors
• Prepare business cases and proposals on new programs, get approvals from steering committee and initiate new programs with overall ownership to lead the sectors.
• Identify the challenges & potential opportunities to grow market share and improve profitability.
• Develop, coordinate and implement the Go to Market Strategy, Market launch with Marketing plans, designed to create brand awareness, product promotions etc…
• Develop the channel strategy, customer base to grow sales in the new sectors & capture new opportunities.
• Portfolio management by analyzing the current product range and mapping with competitor and market requirements, identifying potential product gaps, initiate new ideas/solutions to grow product portfolio.
• Work closely with area sales team/product development/purchasing team to realize new projects.
• Plan visits to market/customers/garage/workshops, develop aftermarket service/product solutions.
• Drive product development strategy through sourcing, supplier relationship management with complete ownership of the project
• Other duties as required by Superio
Your Qualifications
• University in Degree Engineering or Master Degree of Business Administrator (MBA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business, technical experience, preferably in an industrial MNC environment. (e.g. Automation OEM)
• Experience leading/involve a transformation process in a multicultural environment, and direct experience on business development for Automotive After Market
• International working experience with sensitivity for different cultures
• In depth understanding of different channel approaches in industrial businesses (Distribution, OEM and end-customers)
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, ERP/SAP
• Entrepreneurial mindset and acting with strong communication skills in English
• Can do attitude and go extra mile, Transparency, Trust and Teamwork mindset
