Supervisor - Project Management - Cheraw 2

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leads a dedicated project management organization.
• Sets and monitors adherence to multiple PM policies and guidelines for the organizational unit assigned.
• Develop, improve and ensure implementation of PM policies, standards, core processes and evaluation principles.
• Analyze and coordinate capacity planning, ensure proper controlling and reporting of project portfolio (regarding project status, progress, maturity level and ROI).
• Coordinate authorization of all project approvals.
• Monitor training needs and effectiveness, design PM training programs, organize suppliers and schedules.
• Participate in internal and external networking with PM community to ensure knowledge transfer and promotion of PM culture.
• Defines roadmap for continuous improvement with the plant
• Executes the coordination of continuous improvement workshops
• Responsibility for developing the plant's adherence to the Schaeffler Production System
• Partner with regional SPS team to define and implement best practices and LEAN Management tools 
• Reporting and presenting to executive leadership on project status updates, deviations from standards, and defined countermeasures

Your Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• 5 - 7 years of project management experience

• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Preferred: 

• 1 - 3 years of management experience in progressive supervisory roles

• Ability to lead independently while managing PMO team and projects
