Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with established production standards, methods, and guidelines.
  • Manage and oversee production operations to meet KPIs for assigned products/sub-segments within the shift.
  • Apply methods, guidelines, and procedures effectively to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Facilitate precise scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
  • Approve production orders and allocate operational resources appropriately.
  • Ensure production infrastructure readiness, including tools, maintenance, and operational setup.
  • Suggest procedural and organizational changes to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.  Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen
  • Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control, MS-Office and SAP
  • Knowledgeable of Safety and Health Systems
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage and lead direct reports
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

 

Preferred:

  • Supervisory experience of 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Automotive industry knowledge and experience
