Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the team to achieve efficiency and effectiveness across the project portfolio using multi-project methods and tools
  • Provide project management leadership and guidance to others and escalate deviations to the appropriate steering committee members when necessary
  • Contribute to the development of general project management policies as well as to respective guidelines and ensures compliance for all projects under review
  • Maintain and report on project portfolios regarding project status, progress, maturity level, capacity, budget and resources as well as potential risk factors
  • Manage and facilitate the scheduling, coordination, and planning processes for new product launches from product inception through the production process approval (PPAP) and early production containment (EPC) using PEP project guidelines.
  • Alignment of goals and tasks with managers to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix

Your Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
  • 3+ Years of experience in project management role
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
    • Time management
    • Prioritization

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar environment
  • Experience in functional and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Goal and results oriented
  • Experience in ERP, preferably SAP
