Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Use SAP and Schaeffler production systems to input, update, and retrieve production data.
- Generate reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools to support production planning and analysis.
- Identify potential production delays or issues and proactively communicate with relevant departments.
- Assist in maintaining production documentation and compliance records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
- Ability to understand and adapt manufacturing processes and time sequences
- Good visual acuity
- Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Multiple years of experience in a manufacturing environment and/or in a similar role
- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to read technical documentation
