Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement processes, (forecasting) methods and systems for demand planning to meet business requirements.
- Analyze sales leads and contract information from sales areas, conduct demand planning and regular reporting (monthly/weekly). Derive capacity plans for production resources, and develop and implement measures based on analyses.
- Eliminate internal and external capacity bottleneck and report to accountable Manager for escalation if necessary.
- Support Manager to coordinate with other departments.
- Provide direction and functional technical support to the Planners and Shop Floor Controllers Collaborate and continuously monitor the production concept with Industrial Engineering.
- Optimize planning and control processes, to include monitoring master data and maintaining accuracy and consistency as related to the Integrated Planning model.
- Ensure the execution of measures coming from DCC meetings
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or similar
- 2+ years of experience in planning and logistics
- Proficiency in ERP system, preferable SAP
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Analytical thinking skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
