Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement processes, (forecasting) methods and systems for demand planning to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze sales leads and contract information from sales areas, conduct demand planning and regular reporting (monthly/weekly). Derive capacity plans for production resources, and develop and implement measures based on analyses.
  • Eliminate internal and external capacity bottleneck and report to accountable Manager for escalation if necessary.
  • Support Manager to coordinate with other departments.
  • Provide direction and functional technical support to the Planners and Shop Floor Controllers Collaborate and continuously monitor the production concept with Industrial Engineering.
  • Optimize planning and control processes, to include monitoring master data and maintaining accuracy and consistency as related to the Integrated Planning model.
  • Ensure the execution of measures coming from DCC meetings

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in planning and logistics 
  • Proficiency in ERP system, preferable SAP
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
