Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy.
- Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems.
- Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets.
- Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly.
- Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives both regionally and globally.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technical Field, or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Planning, Warehousing and Logistics experience within a manufacturing plant environment
- Successful history of managing and directing a team
- Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems, with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, driven, and assertive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impactful results
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in SAP
