Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide full cycle recruiting to support manufacturing plants with hourly and salary roles
- Perform employee investigations and work with HR Manager to resolve workplace conflicts
- Perform onboarding tasks and new hire orientation
- Work with immigration to onboard transfers and local hires
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions
- Manage Leaves of Absence with 3rd party and return to work
- Perform exit and stay interview discussions, and work with HR Manager to define areas to improve
- Facilitate the activities committee; develop and manage calendar of events
- Support backup of HR team member duties
- Create reports and track KPI's
Your Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or Business discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources supporting business functions
- Understanding of business financials and HR metrics
- Assertive problem solver
- Able to build relationships across all disciplines
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Take concepts, develop solutions and drive projects to completion
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Able to develop, present programs and have a continuous improvement mindset
