Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing budgets and resources as agreed.
- Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules in collaboration with Supply Chain (SC) and/or production planning teams.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across all assigned workshops.
- Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and optimization of technical infrastructure.
- Manage collaboration with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
- Oversee spare parts management.
- Plan and procure spare parts effectively.
Your Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP and Schaeffler systems
- PLC programming and ability to troubleshoot CNC
