Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quality analyses and test procedures, implementing test norms and calibrating equipment.
- Ensure adherence to testing procedures and maintain testing accuracy and reliability throughout all stages.
- Execute or oversee test sequences and series, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Evaluate test results; identify non-conformances and determine corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external labs, audit authorities, and stakeholders on test design and quality aspects.
- Conduct a variety of quality analyses in metrology and chemical testing, including warranty part analysis.
- Report failures and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Perform calibrations, measurements, and ensure laboratory tools maintain functionality.
- Develop advanced programs and ensuring accuracy for gauges and measuring equipment.
- Support improvement projects to maintain and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of direct or relevant experience in metrology and calibration labs; CMM knowledge preferred
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints
- Capable of multitasking and adhering to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
