Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provides overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
  • Coordinates and implements HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Assist employees and managers with requests for information,
  • Analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them.
  • Work closely with employees, providing functional advice on HR-related matters 
  • Act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required.

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional handling of telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

 

Preferred:

  • Minimum of one-year Human Resources experience with general knowledge of HR responsibilities and functions
  • Familiarity with Concur
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
