Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implements and carries out processes for assembly, commissioning and testing of prototypes or new special machines, tools and related equipment.
  • Implement approved methods, procedures and tools in assembly work.
  • Monitor assembly by Operators and provide practical assembly training for new equipment.
  • Comprehend requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Use specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintain functionality.

Your Qualifications

  • Prefer BS in Engineering field; will consider Associates of Science with approximately 5 years of work in special machinery software design or special machinery software commissioning or journeyman’s license with 8 years on the job
  • Broad knowledge needed and experience in Electrical Hardware, Mechanical Design   
  • Expertise and work experience of PLC and PC systems (Siemens, MC100, ECU)   
  • Proven work experience in Servo Presses, including KUE (Schaeffler Measurement System) 
  • Expertise and proven work experience in robotics (Kuka, Staubli, Fanuc, UR)
  • Proven work experience with hydraulics and pneumatics; Machine Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence); Laser Marking System (Trumf, Keyence, Foba)
