Your Key Responsibilities

• Define reasonable concept and responsible for transmission gear solutions regarding function, performance, reliability, which is based on customer’s requirement.
• 基于客户系统需求提供合理的齿轮传动方案，对系统功能，性能及可靠性负责。
• Define product internal/external boundary/interface, to ensure the sub-system and component development could fulfill design requirement. Including but not limited to function, performance, reliability, feasibility, detectability, cost efficiency.
• 基于方案定义产品内外边界，并确保子系统及零部件开发符合设计要求。包含但不限于功能，性能，可靠性，可制造，可检测，成本效益。
• Design the sub-system and component, which based on product internal/external boundary/interface and technical requirement, to ensure it fulfills the rule of function, performance, reliability, feasibility, detectability, cost efficiency etc.
• 基于产品内外边界及技术要求设计子系统及零部件，确保其完全符合功能，性能，可靠性，可制造，可检测，成本效益原则。
• Responsible for the technical leading documents of product, e.g., 3D, 2D, development report.
• 负责产品交付核心技术文件，比如模型，图纸，开发报告等。
• Responsible for technical confirmation in purchasing nomination process.
• 对采购定点负技术确认职责。
• Support internal/external technical discussion.
• 支持内外技术交流

Your Qualifications

• Study of automotive, mechanical or mechatronics engineering with a Master, Dipl.-Ing. or Dr.-Ing. (PhD)- degree 
• 车辆工程、机械工程或机械电子硕士，专业硕士及以上学历。
• In-depth knowledge of material, fluid flow, solid mechanics, system dynamics, kinematic simulation, data analysis. Practical experience (company & institute) in such area is preferred.
• 深入了解材料，流体力学，固体力学，系统动力学，运动学仿真和数据分析。有电驱动部门相关实习或研究所经历者优先。
• Basic knowledge in the area of model-based system architecture and system simulation (Creo, MATLAB/Simulink)
• 基于系统架构的模型搭建和仿真计算的基础了解（Creo, MATLAB/Simulink）。
• Proactive working manner attitude, quick learner, hardworking & teamwork player
• 具备积极主动的工作态度，快速学习的能力，以及勤奋和团队合作精神。
• Language: Fluent English in written and spoken form (IELTS≥ 6.5 or comparable level), German is a plus.
• 语言：英语（雅思≥ 6.5或同等水平），书写及口语流利，德语为加分项。
• Willingness to travel.
• 能接受出差。
