Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责混合动力系统中电机子系统的机械集成（数模，图纸，技术规范，尺寸链计算）
- 负责电机子系统的热管理、绝缘设计、NVH优化等设计与评估
- 负责技术项目管理工作，包括客户对接，供应商管理，项目计划定义与管理，风险管控，变更管理等；
- 支持扁线电机的工艺开发和产业化落地；
- 根据系统需求，参与制定产品实验验证计划；
- 根据法律法规，竞品分析，市场趋势等研究电机相关前沿技术，并推进应用及验证。
Your Qualifications
- 电机/电气工程，机械制造及自动化，车辆工程等专业本科及以上学历；3年以上工作经验；
- 熟悉永磁同步电机基本原理，精通电机定子和转子的机械结构设计；
- 熟悉Pin电机的设计关键点和核心制造工艺；
- 熟练使用Creo, UG等建模和制图软件；
- 具有良好学习能力和问题解决能力；
- 具有熟练的英语使用能力，需与德国总部项目合作
