测试设备安装与服务工程师 System Engineer for Test Equipment Assembly and Service (湘潭)

Your Key Responsibilities

• 1、根据非标测试设备的技术文件（如图纸、作业指导书、质量控制计划、部件手册等）负责设备的落位、安装、调试、验收、操作培训及维保培训等工作.

  Responsible for positioning, installation, commissioning, acceptance, operation training, maintenance etc. of new test rig according to technical files.

         2、根据图纸编制新非标测试设备的安装作业指导书，根据作业指导书制定台架的安装质量控制计划，并准备安装工具、工装等.

  Create mechanical installation guide operation manual of new test rig according to 3D drawing and installation quality control plan, and prepare installation tools, tooling etc.

  3、负责现有台架的机械部分、液压部分等维修、保养及创新改造等工作.

  Responsible for maintenance, service, transformation and improvement of mechanical and electrical parts of existing test rig.

  4、协助解决电气相关工作，如桥架安装、电缆敷设、故障排查等.

  Assist and solve electrical related work, for example install cable tray, lay cables, trouble shooting etc.

  5、支持测量系统及传感器标定相关工作.

  Support calibration related work.

  6、领导交代的其他工作.

  Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Your Qualifications

• 1、工作态度端正，动手能力强，能快速准确的理解机械图纸及液压原理图. （必须）

  Positive work attitude, strong hand ability in work, and quickly and accurately understand mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics.  (must)

  2、有机械安装调试实际工作经验，及相关机械部件选型、安装、拆卸等实际经验. （必须）

  Need really work experience in mechanical installation, commissioning and mechanical components selection, installation, disassembly, etc.  (must)

  3、会使用日常机械安装相关工具，如切割机、手电钻、扭力扳手等. （必须）

  Can use daily mechanical installation tools such as cutting machines, electric drills, torque wrenches, etc.  (must)

  4、有三维设计软件使用经验，并较熟练的使用三维软件画简单的机械结构图以及工装图. （必须）

      Need skillfully use the design software and can simply design mechanical structure diagrams and tooling diagrams.  (must)

  5、有基本的电气图纸识图能力，能解决简单的电气故障. （加分项）

  Need basically understand electrical drawing and can solve simple electrical faults.  (Nice to have)

  6、富有创新精神，善于发现问题、解决问题. （加分项）

  Rich in innovative spirit at discovering and solving problems.  (Nice to have)
