Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for design of actuator assemblies, sub-assemblies and components
- Responsible to support supplier development team to finalize the drawings
- Responsible component change and deviation analysis
- Preparation/release of technical documents, e.g. drawings, specifications, D-FMEA reports etc.
- Provide technical assessment with methodology, e.g., tolerance calculation, FE simulation, kinematic analysis etc.
- Lead or support VAVE projects
- Support prototyping
- Support plant production and safe launch
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanical engineering and its automation, mechatronic systems, vehicle systems or related
- No less than 3-year working experience in electro-mechanical actuator or hydraulic system, or systems with complicated motions
- No less than 3-year working experience in component development with focus on plastic molding, aluminum die casting, stamping, sealing etc.
- Experience in supplier development
- Familiar with principles of GD&T
- Familiar with 2D & 3D design software (Creo/Pro-E is a must) and simulation software (e.g. Ansys)
- Flexibility (location & time)
- Good verbal skills of English is mandatory (CET6 or above), German is a plus
- Good presentation skills
