Your Key Responsibilities
- 协同研发部门评审产品概念设计、DFMEA、特殊特性（SC/CC）、过程流程图、PFMEA及控制计划，确保制造可行性、质量可控性与成本间的平衡。
- 参与新项目设备及工装工艺方案评审，确保量产中生产过程能力稳定性和一致性。
- 负责新项目设备、工装开发过程中调试、验证，确保产线按时开始量产。
- 参与装配段设备能力与新工艺符合性的评估，支持设备改造、升级和验收工作
- 负责产线开发中的过程工艺文件编写，并根据设备方案，制定编写作业指导书。
- 定期更新项目Launch报告，监控关键指标（OEE、FTQ、废品率、CT），协调资源确保产品按时交付与持续改进。
Your Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，电机、电气、机械、工业工程专业背景。
- 了解汽车产品制造工艺与生产线规划，3年以上先进制造工程或工业工程工作经验优先。
- 熟练掌握工程方法及运用，数理统计、分析方法等，有系统解决问题的能力，包括分析问题、制定工作计划、过程控制等。
- 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的推动力及跨部门沟通协作能力，有较强的责任感与敬业精神，抗压性强。
- 强大的问题分析与解决能力，熟练掌握 8D、5Why、鱼骨图等问题解决方法。
- 熟悉机械零部件组装、涂胶、在线检测、拧紧等相关制造工艺内容；对电机装配、定子灌胶工艺有经验者优先。
