Your Key Responsibilities
- Represent the manufacturing location in the launch project team and manage one or more projects to realize a trouble-free startup of new products in one plant by ensuring the targets of the project (QCD).
- Lead overall launch of new products, production and test equipment or volume increase.
- Lead and coordinate all activites related to new product launches e. g. investement budgeting, sampling of purchased parts, tracking of manufactruing costs and time plan to ensure launch readiness.
- Define production concepts for the dedicated plant.
- Develop and implement launch plans for new products in consideration of the relevant standards.
- Ensure project- and stakeholder management within the launch in the plant (e.g. product design, production, purchasing, SCM and quality) with deep technical knowledge
- Responsible for the assigned budgets and agreed project goals (content, quality and adherence to deadlines) using methods that support results
Your Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Mechanics, Production Engineering
- 3 to 5 years
