Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide user-level IT support, assisting colleagues with technical issues in a friendly and patient manner
- Support network management tasks and ensure smooth internet connectivity
- Assist with data management activities and contribute to maintaining system reliability
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced support environment
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 12th grade education and/or a technical course in a technological field relevant to IT
- previous experience in IT Systems Administration is valued (entry-level candidates are welcome)
- IT knowledge, with willingness to learn and develop skills further
- Good understanding of network management principles
- Familiarity with data management processes
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
