Software Developer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable and efficient Python and Data driven applications, ensuring high-quality user experience and optimal performance. 
• Data Pipeline Development: Design, construct, and maintain scalable data pipelines to automate the collection, transformation, and integration of datasets from various sources to enable applications. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications, offering technical guidance and expertise to ensure seamless project execution and support. 
• CI/CD and automation: Set up and enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, including automated builds, tests, and deployments to Azure environments. 
• Conduct ongoing maintenance and perform updates to existing Python applications and ETL-Pipelines to ensure optimal functionality and performance. 

Your Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
• Proven experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of development principles and practices .
• Knowledge of SQL, Jenkins or Azure Synapse/Fabrics are a plus. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. 
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and version control systems like Git is a plus.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle is essential.
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of German is an advantage. 
• High willingness to collaborate within an international team, demonstrating flexibility across topics and tasks. 
• Ability to operate in a structured, analytical, strategic, and independent manner.
