Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the demand management process, ensuring that all procedures align with company strategy.
- Identify and document the demands for new services, along with processing and evaluating them accordingly.
- Establish, oversee, and optimize the demand management process within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and prioritize demand.
- Develop and maintain detailed demand management plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the demand funnel to ensure it is being managed according to the decided process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, regularly communicating to understand their requirements and to align them with the company's capability to deliver.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to demand management.
- Keep updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially those related to ServiceNow and its features.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for team members and key stakeholders to ensure adequate understanding and
use of demand management processes and tools.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand management, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes, particularly related to demand management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing ServiceNow's demand management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional collaboration and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the German language is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Preferably, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
