General Information

In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end digital transformation across the global Supply Chain by leading complex digitalization initiatives from concept to operational adoption. You will ensure structured and reliable project execution—whether agile, hybrid, or classical—while coordinating cross‑functional teams spanning business functions, IT, data/analytics, and external partners. By translating business needs into actionable product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and prioritizing value‑driven features, you will shape impactful digital products and solutions that enhance performance across cost, service levels, lead times, and inventory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead complex digitalization initiatives in Supply Chain (scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies);
  • Ensure structured delivery execution using agile, hybrid, or classical approaches depending on context;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (business functions, IT, data teams, external partners);
  • Translate business needs into implementable product roadmaps and delivery plans;
  • Define MVPs, manage priorities, and drive value-based decision making;
  • Ensure operational embedding (process integration, user enablement, change management);
  • Facilitate workshops and decision meetings with stakeholders up to senior management level;
  • Prepare decision papers, status updates, and management read-outs;
  • Act as the interface between business, IT, external vendors, and data/analytics teams;
  • Build business cases and track value realization (cost, service level, lead time, inventory).

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, IT, Data/Analytics, or comparable;
  • Proven experience in project management and/or product management in digital environments;
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes (e.g., demand/supply planning, logistics, transportation, order fulfillment);
  • Hands-on experience driving digital transformation (process + people+ technology);
  • Ability to understand solution design, data/integration dependencies, and delivery constraints;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international set-up;
  • Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or agent-based concepts applied to operations;
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus);
  • Understanding of data-driven products (data models, APIs, data quality, analytics/BI) preferred;
  • Automotive and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred;
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) preferred;
  • Knowledge of common SCM systems and digital solutions (e.g., ERP, IBP, APO, WMS, TMS) preferred.
