Mechanical Product Design Eng.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop the structure and components of mechanical products in alignment with project and system requirements;
• Define, specify, and document interfaces between components and subsystems;
• Create detailed product designs, including 3D models and technical drawings;
• Assess opportunities for reuse of existing systems, modules, and components;
• Ensure compatibility, availability, and permissibility of selected materials;
• Maintain traceability to the mechanical system concept and architecture, where applicable;
• Review, evaluate, and implement change requests to detailed designs;
• Maintain design documentation and version history in accordance with internal processes;
• Conduct design verification and validation activities;
• Coordinate technical topics with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Your Qualifications

• Degree from a technical university in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;
• Sound knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing processes;
• Good knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, such as Windchill and SAP;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing standards and design methodologies;
• Strong technical communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of linear guides, bearings, or linear actuators;
• Experience in technical coordination.
