Material Compliance Internship

General Information

For Brasov Technical Compliance - Material Compliance team, we are looking for a new colleague to provide support in verifying documents of compliance from suppliers, with attention to details and communication skills. This intern position will help you to understand how a multinational company works, how the legislation and requirements are handled in order to generate compliance products on the market.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verifies received supplier documents according to company requirements: product applicability, document version, supplier contact details, identification data for delivered products;
• Communicates company requirements to suppliers in a professional manner, in writing;
• Collaborate with team members to obtain relevant data for the company;
• Maintaining the internal databas.

Your Qualifications

• Advanced English language skills required, in written and spoken;
• Currently enrolled in university studies, preferably (but not mandatory) Product and Environmental Design or Materials Science;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Attention to details;
• Proficiency with database management and document handling;
• Willingness to learn continuously;
• Collaboration and teamwork;
• Communication skills - written and spoken - in conveying clear and concise information to internal suppliers or customers;
• Empathy in communication.
