As a Junior Communication Specialist, you will have the chance to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience by participating in a variety of key responsibilities, including:

• Creating and Implementing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of communication and branding activities, projects, concepts, and campaigns in line with our local communication plan and global strategies.

• Producing Communication Materials: Help produce engaging communication materials across various formats, such as press releases, articles, social media posts, and more.

• Graphic Design and Presentations: Support the design of graphic materials and the creation of presentations in PowerPoint to effectively convey messages.

• Event and Campaign Organization: Participate in organizing events, campaigns, and activities that enhance our brand visibility.

• Promoting Brand Alignment: Contribute to projects that align with our corporate design and branding directives.

• Social Responsibility Initiatives: Get involved in our social responsibility programs, helping us make a difference in the community.

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to propose and develop strategies that increase awareness and appreciation of the Schaeffler brand both internally and externally.

• Evaluating Communication Efforts: Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of our communication practices and support the formulation of actionable recommendations.

• Providing Internal Support: Offer communication consultancy to our local internal partners while handling administrative tasks related to the department's activities.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Advanced written and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.

• Commitment: A genuine desire to engage with a serious, positive, creative, adaptable, and loyal attitude.

• Organizational Skills: Proven ability in organization, including multi-tasking and prioritization.

• Adaptability: Experience working in a dynamic and complex corporate environment with structured processes, demonstrating high levels of flexibility and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented: Strong focus on achieving results, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
