Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be part of a Global HR IT Solutions Team which implements and operates global HR solutions
- You will have the opportunity to participate in global project implementation on SAP SuccessFactors and the opportunity to offer support and learn about the most state-of-the-art HR Solutions
- You will contribute to the projects and the success of the team by supporting in administrative and organizational tasks
- You will act as support for the functional team leads, and the program manager of a major strategic HR initiative
- Creating or updating documentation;
- Community management, integrating the relevant information in the internal pages for the targeted stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Academic degree or student in Communication, Business Informatics, HR or any related field
- Basic understanding of HR and IT
- Very good communication skills and a talent for organization
- High commitment to work and ability for teamwork
- Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working
- Fluent English language skills written and spoken
- Proficiency in German language
