Your Key Responsibilities

  • Governance of industrial engineering processes and master data (Global responsibility)
  • Strategic further development of the costing processes (incl. PCM), the available capacity in relation to the planning horizons and the budget planning process (sub-process: quantity structure)
  • Development of a portfolio of key figures to ensure sustainable data quality
  • Development and implementation of an IE qualification concept
  • Global Project lead and collaboration in international, strategic, cross-divisional projects
  • Carrying out training/coaching. Supervision of trainees, apprentices and working students.
  • Operating an international IE network with divisions and regions
  • Development of business concepts and solutions including piloting implementation and rollout support

Your Qualifications

Professional experience: 
  • Master or Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable education
  • >2 years within the Industrial Engineering area (Plant, Region or Division)
  • Established knowledge of all industrial engineering processes and master data (Costing, Tariffs, Workcenter, Capacity, Bill of material, Routing)
  • In-depth knowledge of Schaeffler Group business processes as well as procedures and internal regulations related to the Industrial Engineering function (only for internal candidates)
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Microsoft Office skills / Power BI
  • Established experience in SAP PP module
  • Willingness to travel / further development abroad (initial training in Germany)
Language skills (both oral and written): 
  • Fluent English skills – mandatory
  • Good German skills – optional (open to German courses)
