IT Solutions Engineer - SAP Logistics and Production Execution

Your Key Responsibilities

As a IT Solutions Engineer in SAP logistics and SAP production execution, you are a member of a Global Team within our company, in IT-Business Applications SAP production logistics.

You will support us as a consultant architect and central contact for system integration in the development, implementation and operation of state-of-the-art ITsolutions.

• Support our internal business partners in using SAP applications.
• Consult our internal business partners in designing new systems and processes.
• Design, Realization, Implementation and Documentation of self-developed solutions including organizing user acceptance tests and securing defined quality-gates.
• Maintenance and enhancement of implemented applications throughout the complete live cycle based on the Incident and Change management process.
• Execution of software maintenance (OSS-Notes, support packages, upgrades).
• Initiate measures such as risk management, performance management and system monitoring to ensure stability and availability.

Your Qualifications

• Work experience in SAP ERP Module logistics, production or SCM Area (as consultant or developer) and in international environment.
• Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Knowledge in ABAP Environment like Development Workbench, Enhancement technologies and Debugging (beneficial).
• Knowledge in Processes of the Supply Chain and involved Master Data (beneficial).
• Knowledge of programming languages (beneficial).
• Knowledge in Data exchange and Interface processing (beneficial).
• Project Management skills (beneficial).
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 applications (beneficial). 
• Language skills: English fluent in spoken and written. German language is preferred, but not mandatory. 
• Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent operation.
• High commitment to work and ability for teamwork.
• Intercultural competencies. 
• Willingness to learn, willingness to travel (10-20%).
