Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP core and side-by-side solutions for Schaeffler’s Order Generation Process and Launch Management Process in close collaboration with business stakeholders;
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, manage configuration settings, and execute testing in close collaboration with business stakeholders;
- Coordinate and manage implementations in collaboration with developers and relevant stakeholders;
- Manage APIs and integrations with related applications;
- Support deployment activities and go-live coordination.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field;
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially in the SD module and API Management;
- Knowledge of SAP DMS, PP, Intercompany, GTS, or Quality Management modules is an advantage;
- Experience with quotation processes, ideally in the automotive sector;
- Experience with PLM processes such as Launch Management or Engineering Change Management;
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure;
- Knowledge of SQL databases;
- Experience with agile methods, e.g. Scrum;
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong quality mindset and analytical, conceptual thinking;
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team.
