Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement and Monitor Compliance with Recruitment Procedures: Execute the recruitment and selection processes, and report any deviations or non-compliance issues.
- Engage in Talent Acquisition Interviews: Participate actively in interviews aimed at filling open roles within the organization.
- Enhance Recruitment Processes: Develop and propose improvements for recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures, along with optimizing the CV database management.
- Strategize on Job Advertisements: Promote open positions through external channels, manage these sources, and assess their effectiveness in attracting suitable candidates.
- Advise on Workforce Solutions: Offer strategic recommendations for efficient staffing solutions and provide insights on labor market trends.
- Candidate Evaluation: Contribute to the assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and organizational requirements.
- Build External Recruitment Partnerships: Establish and maintain productive relationships with external recruitment agencies to enhance sourcing capabilities.
- Consultation Services: Provide expert advice to both Schaeffler employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are well-supported throughout HR processes.
- Facilitate Workforce Allocation: Coordinate the distribution of personnel from various segments or departments based on internal interview outcomes, ensuring optimal placement either for permanent positions or temporary assignments.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR or recruitment certifications.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring for various roles, from entry-level to mid/senior positions.
- Familiarity with job boards (eJobs, BestJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
