Your Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain employee relationships on specific topics, accompanied by the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Actively engage in payroll operations and activities related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Promptly execute tasks for which you are responsible in the monthly payroll calculation, adhering to the deadlines established in procedures.
- Coordinate and manage activities related to the ordering, distribution, and tracking of meal vouchers.
- Maintain relationships with representatives of private pension funds regarding employee matters.
- Administer salary increase activities through verification and processing of reports, information updates, and required analysis.
- Efficiently resolve employee inquiries within your area of responsibility.
- Calculate temporary work incapacity allowances and manage relations with the Health Insurance House and County Pension House.
- Actively participate in the modification and implementation of salary grids.
- Prepare complex reports within your field for company management and/or internal clients.
- Participate in salary studies through data preparation and analysis, in collaboration with the team.
- Complete statistical reports related to salary data as requested by management, internal clients, and authorities.
- Engage in the development, implementation, and optimization of work instructions and IT applications within the Human Resources department.
- Prepare specific and ad hoc reports for various company departments/segments.
- Propose measures, procedures, norms, and work instructions based on legislative changes, group requirements, and activity optimization needs.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Knowledge of labor legislation, taxation applicable to salaries, and regulations regarding social contributions.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Experience with software (ex:Revisal and SAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - intermediate/advanced level.
