Environment, Health & Safety Professional for Fire Protection

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the central EnEHS management system in developing and ensuring the strategic direction of fire protection and in the operational implementation of fire protection and climate-related risks at the sites
  -          Participating in the development of strategic standards
  -          Performing benchmark analyses
  -          Supporting the sites in relation to the implementation of strategic standards
• Consolidation and evaluation of business risks related to fire and natural hazards based on external databases
  - Consolidation of results from half-yearly assessments
  - Prioritization and preparation of risk results
  - Creation of presentations for further coordination
• Co-development and further development of digital applications in the areas of fire protection and natural hazards, such as KPIs, database applications, etc.
  - Providing technical support for the development of EnEHS IT solutions used across the group
  - Training and advising sites on the use of these IT tools
• Creating evaluations from digital applications
• Supporting global locations in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of risk-minimizing measures based on the results of the risk management system
  - Creating and conducting training courses
  - Maintaining a qualitative best practice sharing system
  - Supporting locations in the development and implementation of measures to reduce risk
• Co-development and further development of requirements and standards in the areas of fire protection and natural hazards, such as processes, instructions, regulations
  - Support in the creation of process descriptions, instructions, swimlines, etc.
• Training and support for the locations
• Drawing up internal training plans in the areas of fire protection and natural hazards, as well as the resulting consultation and training of regions, supervisors, and representatives
  - Creating and coordinating training courses on specific topics—including e-learning systems
  - Drawing up training plans and programs
  - Evaluation of the qualification level of employees in fire protection and natural hazards
• Collaboration with regions, locations, and the insurance department within the organization. As well as support with external EnEHS audits for certification
  - Support with regional and divisional collaboration
  - Distribution and collection of information, key figures, etc.
  - Evaluation of insurance reports for internal, further use
• Participation in the implementation of projects, measures, and tasks as part of the EnEHS management system
  - PMO support
  - Obtaining and distributing best practice solutions
  - Support and provision of records and documents for internal EnEHS audits
• Supporting the EnEHS Audit & Systems team in a preparatory role.
  - General support tasks on demand in the Audit & Systems department, with a focus on distributing and collecting key figures, reports, and other documents.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
• 3 to 5 years experience in EHS.
