Your Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and evaluating requirements for specific digital solutions within IT Demand Management
- Establishing and leading programs and program structures to implement the digitalization strategy
- Leading projects or subprojects to achieve business and project goals
- Developing and applying methodological approaches to create digitalization strategies and digital roadmaps for manufacturing plants
- Collaborating interdisciplinary with central IT units, operations IT product lines, and key stakeholders across divisions, regions, and plants
Your Qualifications

University degree in (Business) Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or equivalent with relevant professional experience

Knowledge of processes within the operations network and production environment
-
Several years of experience in operational production within an industrial company
-
Experience in evaluating and handling (non-)functional requirements for IT solutions
-
Excellent moderation, presentation, and communication skills across organizational levels

Very good written and spoken English skills. German is an advantage.
